Amazing experience with galaxy tour , specially with Tenzing , we booked them only for vehicle but ended up taking all the possible things and help from them .
I would like to give a huge shout out for the entire team of galaxy tours , during our entire tour the drivers and the vehicle provided were top class , I have never seen such polite and helping behavior or any tour company , specially Tenzing I never knew him personally but he used to check on us twice a day during our entire tour if we have any issue or any help needed . Even after our trip ended we were asked if we have reached safely .
You can trust then with your itenary .

Just give them the requirement and forget about anything tenzing and his team will take care at a very very reasonable price .
Over all 5 star to the trip and 10 starts for the team the drivers to make is memorable and easy without a hustle trip for us .

We arranged a trip around Sikkim through Folk Experience in Jammu; Galaxy provided the vehicle with our Driver Ramesh. He did an outstanding job for us, accompanying us for two weeks throughout Sikkim and to Darjeeling. He is an excellent driver, in difficult conditions, and always took care to drive safely. He also translated for us in many interactions with people whom we met each day, and in addition shared his knowledge and insight into the region. The trip had been amazing at best! Everything was perfectly timed and matched with the schedule. We did not face any problems in between our travel thanks to the properly managed packaged! I recently travelled across Sikkim, especially North Sikkim, and booked an Innova Crysta through Galaxy Tours and Trek. The roads in North Sikkim can be quite rough, but my driver Mr. Sukhbir Biswakarma, a local, made the entire journey extremely comfortable.

He was patient, never rushed me at any sightseeing spot, and allowed me to take my time to truly enjoy each place. What I really appreciated was his local insight — he recommended some amazing places to eat and helped me explore authentic local food and flavours.

I’m already planning to revisit Sikkim in March–April 2026, and there’s no doubt that Sukhbir will be my go-to driver again.

Our trip to Sikkim was truly memorable. We had the opportunity to visit some of the most iconic destinations, including Nathula Pass, Zero Point, Yumthang Valley, Gangtok, and several other beautiful places across North Sikkim.
